International Museum Day

Finally, I went to National Gallery of Canada today.
It is very find day and no cloud in the sky. It's true blue...
I thought it's going to be awesome day today and actually it is.
The temperature is not high as much as 20℃ and wind is soft enough to stroke my face...

Just go outside and started to walk to National Museum of Canada....It took me just a 15 min by foot since I live on-campus of University of Ottawa. It is very close to the place.

On the way to the Museum, I found many foreign embassies around the museum.
In the above picture, this is a Saudi Arabia's one.

Of course, I found my country's one! This is Japanese embassy.
It looks so quiet and solid. I have to run into here if I get any
trouble on foreign affairs, which I don't hope :P

When I almost reach the museum, I found this nice view from the road where I was walking....it's just a small view from the road but it was so nice and I took this picture immediately. The bridge is like between the flowers in this picture. This is the Alexandra Bridge, which cross the border between Quebec and Ontario...so beautiful...

This is one of the National Gallery's art called Maman....this art is not only here but all over the world by Louise Bourgeois. It is awesome work. The spider connects the world and implies me....the world is a NET of spider...I would say it is "internet" since I'm computer geek :P

Anyway, I got into the entrance of museum! Yay!
I tried to take this photo nicely but the carving name on the wall is hard to look at...it displays "National Museum of Canada" in English and French.

This is the actual entrance of the museum.
It's all covered by glasses and so shiny!
These glasses are special product which shut some amount of light from outside and keep nice temperature inside......it is technology but art too..

I was surprised by this view at first!...It is so nice!...
The view prompts me to the door for the future....
I'm ready to dive into the art....that will consistent and last forever.
I would like to introduce the 19th century French pictures but it's prohibited to do that so please go to see yourself...it worth doing that..art will do nothing but gives you the hints of life.....I believe.

After visiting the museum, we went to Major's hill park.
There is a Tulip Festival and so many events are going on there.
The guy in this picture who wears a reddish T-shirt is Peter Guba, joined my museum tour and went to the tulip festival too. He's in the Japanese culture section in the festival and trying to write his name in Jappanese.

These kids are super! They are so young but they already know how to make a fun among people and make money by their skills....They did super nice speech and awesome performance. I believe they can live themselves. I love these people who's truly creative.....

Peter got a nice hat!...haha...It really fits for him.

In front of the Major's park, there is the US embassy.
The size of building is almost same as the National Gallery....
What do they have inside of building to take such a big space?

This is the walk side of the Rideau Canal.
It's so nice place to walk and appreciate the view....
Rideau Canal continues from Ottawa to Kingston and such a long Canal....
There is a rent cycle shop under bridge in this picture but I would like to walk and didn't take the service, which most people do. I cannot pass these nice views by riding bicycle and go so fast.....cannot miss them...

Including this and the following two pictures are all from the view of Rideau Canal.

It was so nice day and I appreciate the National Gallery for giving me this opportunity to see part of Canadian Arts..I got more deep understanding of Canadian culture now..I want to visit other museums too.

The summer just started and will going well.....just believe it!
I hope everything goes well with you too.
Thank you for your reading my blog.

Stay Tuned!
