Creativity

It has passed almost 2 weeks since I have started to work at GREE Inc. in Tokyo. Under the recession, GREE is growing very fast and the working environment is very busy. I feel like being taken away my life. I have to be careful and must watch my working time to balance with my personal life. The people who's working here are very passionate to create something new as their services. The passion for the work is developing the creative atmosphere. The creative atmosphere might attract people and they will grow.

The picture left is the one I took a shot at near Akihabara in Tokyo. It was holiday but people are working and busy to draw pictures on the wall. They're consuming their personal time but they look like enjoying their time.

I'm not sure if the "consuming" is the right word to express their time but it is. Probably, they're not consuming time but investing their time to leave their work for others. What they're doing is not spending time but investing and contributing to others.

How did I determine that they're investing and contributing?
I can say that you have to see what they're writing on the wall.
Their work only can tell you what they're doing and for.

For me, their work looks not just for their own satisfaction but for relaxing and entertain others eyes. I'm sure that people who're crossing this road will enjoy the drawing on the wall.

I would like to do this kind of work at my workplace and show you. To do so, I have to be more skilled and need more experience. I believe my workplace is best for that purpose.

As software developer, I will write the codes to entertain people and invest more time to contribute. I also don't forget to take a rest to keep going on.

Stay Tuned.
