The picture above displays the entrance of Roppongi Hills.
It's already 11:30 pm and very quiet here.
There is just a shining light above my head.
The light is shining and ignoring my fatigue.
It doesn't matter since the light is not totally related to my work but the light is too shiny to reflect me.
It's a sleepless city.
Everyone is working from the morning until the night.
I don't know what drives people working such a long hours here.
Probably, they have already known their path and just race it.
Hardworking people creates the atmosphere and reflects the skyscrapers in Roppongi.
There are many skyscrapers here but they're somehow composed. They have an adult style.
I'm still very childish guy and I have just started to settle in here. I don't know anybody here and will make friends.
It's a challenging time and I'm excited with it.
Of course, it's mental consuming time for me.
I may be disappointed with the difficulty of adjustment of new life. I believe there is a hidden treasure behind the difficulty.
In the Roppongi Hills, there are many innovative and creative companies like SAS, Google, and Goldman Sachs(GS) (you might think GS is not innovative since GS's business is an investment bank but GS is actually very innovative for IT system. (Google it the keyword of "HFT" and "Goldman Sachs".
My employer, GREE Inc, is also here and GREE is very growing. I'm working at GREE from 9 am morning until 11 pm.
I'm trying to be one of the hardworkers but I'm not workaholic.
I'm trying to be one of the racers one the way to my goal.
What about you? Are you racing your goal or just idling?
Please join our race and the race is a global race now.
Stay Tuned.

This must be the hardest and most exciting week. Watch out for next few weeks. You will get tired but still you are not fully adapted to new environment and feel exhausted. Watch out for that. First few months will be your challenging time. Even my father had hard time when he moved. The life style changes dramatically and working environment was challenging. Make sure you keep something that help you maintain yourself and fine something that you can let yourself relax. Do something you love to do.
